1. Vehicle Inspection and Condition

• All vehicles are Brand New and undergo a thorough inspection process before being listed for sale.
• Customers are highly encouraged to personally inspect, test drive, and verify the condition of any vehicle prior to completing a purchase.

2. Pricing and Final Sales

• All pricing listed on our inventory sheets or discussed during negotiations represents the vehicle sale price and excludes local licensing, registration, or applicable transfer fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Once a vehicle purchase agreement is executed and delivery is taken, all sales are considered final.

3. Deposits and Vehicle Holding

• To hold a specific vehicle from the inventory, a formal holding deposit may be required.
• Deposit terms, including timelines for completing the balance payment and whether the deposit is refundable, will be clearly outlined in a written receipt at the time of payment.

4. Financing and Documentation

• For customers utilizing third-party financing or local bank auto loans, AJ Motors will provide all necessary invoices, vehicle details, and registration documents required by your lending institution to expedite processing.
• Vehicles will only be registered and released for delivery once full payment has been secured and confirmed.

5. Warranty and Post-Purchase Support

• As all vehicles sold by AJ Motors are Brand New, they include manufacturer warranty coverage. Specific warranty details, coverage periods, and inclusions will be provided explicitly within your vehicle’s purchase contract.
